Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TopCoder is a digital service delivered instantly upon purchase. Because interview credits are consumed by real-time AI inference, transcription, and compute costs that we incur on your behalf, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credit reversals except where required by applicable law.

1.Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through topcoder.app, the TopCoder macOS application, and any related storefronts. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
